CLASS Schedule




BOXING – 55 min

Condition the whole body in this heart-pumping workout that incorporates boxing techniques, while increasing muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination.


HIIT – 25 min

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through fast and intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, recovery times. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time than traditional cardio workouts.


IMPACT – 25 min

Maximize your technique for a stronger workout. This is an advanced class, not for beginners. Master the fundamentals of boxing and hit the hand pads with your classmates. This may include sparring-work in the ring members must be registered to join the sparring section.


KICK BOXING – 55 min

Kick and punch with a purpose – use technique in your workout. This training is extreme


BAGS – 25 min

Train like a pro! Bags is an interval-based boxing training class focused on teaching you authentic boxing combinations to build the upper body boxing skills and cardiovascular conditioning. This is a challenging class no matter what your skill level.


CORE – 25 min

Strengthen and learn to utilize your core for a stronger workout! Your core muscles aren’t just that beloved six-pack, but rather all of the muscles that are incorporated in your torso. Reduce the likelihood of injury, gain speed and find power that you didn’t know you had!


Circuit – 55 min

Beginner, Intermediate and advanced Strength and Conditioning circuits for the whole body. Designed to increase performance is sports and daily life. Increase speed, power, and explosiveness through organized weight training circuits while maintaining balance, focus and technique.
